What You'll Do:

Oversee all finance and insurance operations for new and used vehicle sales Present and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options clearly and effectively Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a transparent and positive customer experience Submit credit applications and negotiate with lenders to secure optimal financing terms Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Accurately prepare, process, and finalize all contracts and paperwork Partner with the sales team to drive performance and achieve monthly F&I targets Audit deals post-sale and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure timely funding of all contracts Stay up to date on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:
