full-time Accounting Manager (Hybrid Flexibility) Our Client, a high-growth health/nutraceutical manufacturer in the Palm Beach area, is hiring a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team. This role will pay up to a $125k base salary depending on experience and fit and operates on a hybrid work schedule. What You'll Do Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and management reporting Oversee sales, cash, inventory, and pricing controls Partner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on systems and process improvements Develop accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls Support audits and other Finance projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting Strong Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS/International Accounting experience a plus 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting skills Advanced Excel and ERP experience required Microsoft Business Central experience preferred Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and proactive mindset Interested parties, please send your resume to Martin Metz at mmetz@daleyaa.com and/or contact him at 617.832.2048 IND123
