$95,000-$105,000 About the Role Seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost accounting. This role will lead a small accounting team and partner closely with operational leadership. Responsibilities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee financial operations, reporting, journal entries, and internal controls. Manage and mentor a small accounting team. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Partner with Project Managers and operational teams on project budgeting and cost tracking. Support internal and external audits. Participate in ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives. Handle special projects and provide financial support to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Project accounting or construction industry experience preferred. Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting skills. Advanced Excel skills required. SAP or ERP implementation experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
