Manager of Finance

DUTIES:
Conducts in-depth financial analysis on individual transactions and broader financing plan to optimize forecast and impact to shareholders. Develops financial models to project revenue, expenses, cash flow and profitability, analyze financial statements and for corporate valuations. Partners with senior executives to identify and solve key business challenges, conduct analysis, define and execute solutions. Prepares presentation materials to support advising clients. Interacts directly with global banking institutions, private equity investors, credit rating agencies and legal counsel. Participate in financing and M&A transactions, managing and growing portfolio of clean energy. Manages projects focused on solving complex problems regarding organic and inorganic growth across a range of business areas in renewable energy.
