What You'll Do Manage financial activities for assigned housing properties, grants, and programs Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations to leadership Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and investments Support annual audits and regulatory reporting requirements Perform account reconciliations and monthly close activities Partner with property management and operational teams to support financial success Assist in achieving organizational goals through strategic financial management What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field OR Associate degree in Accounting and ten (10) years of progressively responsible accounting experience Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to meet PCHA insurance requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience with Yardi software Experience in affordable housing, public sector finance, grant administration, or HUD-funded programs Join a Team That Makes a Difference If you're looking for a career where your financial expertise can create a lasting impact, we invite you to join PCHA.
