Job Description

OffLease Orlando is one of Central Florida's rapidly growing pre-owned automotive dealerships, specializing in quality off-lease and certified used vehicles. Our dealership is built on strong operations, customer satisfaction, and a fast-paced team environment where hard work and performance are recognized and rewarded.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the OffLease Orlando team in a permanent, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive dealership F&I experience and a strong background in deal structuring, lender relations, compliance, and customer finance presentation. In this role, you will oversee all finance and insurance operations, assist customers with financing options, present protection products, and ensure all transactions are accurate, compliant, and profitable. You will work closely with sales leadership and dealership management to maximize profitability while delivering a professional and seamless customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Structure and finalize vehicle financing transactions for cash, finance, and lease deals Present and sell F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP coverage, tire and wheel protection, and additional aftermarket products Maintain strong working relationships with lenders and financial institutions Process and manage deals through DealerCenter DMS from contract through funding Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and documentation comply with federal and state regulations, including TILA, ECOA, OFAC, and Red Flags Rule requirements Meet and exceed monthly F&I performance and profitability goals Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and customer handoff Support and educate sales staff on F&I products and finance processes Monitor funding timelines, lender approvals, and contract status Stay informed on industry trends, lender updates, and compliance standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 7 years of automotive dealership Finance Manager experience required Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and F&I product sales Hands-on experience using DealerCenter DMS required Thorough knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations including TILA, ECOA, OFAC, Red Flags Rule, and FTC Safeguards Rule Proven track record achieving F&I income and PVR goals in a high-volume dealership environment Strong lender network and relationship management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Background working in used, pre-owned, or off-lease dealerships Experience handling both prime and subprime financing Ability to manage a high volume of monthly deals Experience mentoring or training sales or junior F&I staff Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
COMPENSATION
