A leading auto dealership in the Orlando, FL area is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join their team . This position is critical in ensuring the financial well-being of the dealership and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:
Engage early in the sales process, submit deals to lenders for approval, and help bridge any disconnects. Welcome customers to the store and seamlessly transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase. Work directly with employees and customers to foster strong, lasting relationships. Determine customer financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process. Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers, detailing their financing options and products. Process finance transactions accurately, ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Follow up with customers to ensure total satisfaction. Contact customers who initially declined products to offer outside-deal product options. Build strong rapport with customers and lenders to create a solid base of referrals. Stay up to date with lender programs and cultural relationships to offer comprehensive financing for all credit profiles. Set and achieve targeted sales goals consistently. Gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy. Provide an outstanding customer experience to drive loyalty
