What You'll Be Doing You'll keep the office running — supplies and vendors, mail and shipping, scanning and typing, meeting and catering coordination, project folder setup, greeting the occasional walk-in, and day-to-day support to firm leadership. The other half is supporting the firm's accountant on the books: entering data into the accounting system, running the weekly check run, receiving payments and running the daily receivables report, and keeping project and meeting records current. You'll be trained on all of it and you won't be doing it alone. This is a visible seat and the office genuinely depends on it.
