40.0 System One is seeking a Manager of Treasury Management for a direct hire opportunity located in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities- Directing all treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and banking relationships
- Managing a diversified investment portfolio, balancing safety, liquidity, and yield
- Developing and executing investment and liquidity strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Leading cash flow forecasting and financial planning to support operations, capital projects, and debt service
- Overseeing banking structures and controls, ensuring accuracy, security, and strong financial partnerships
- Ensuring full compliance with Florida statutes, investment policies, and regulatory standards
- Supporting debt issuance and post-issuance compliance in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Utilizing data and financial systems to drive informed, strategic decision-making
- Presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Building and developing a high-performing treasury team focused on continuous improvement Requirements
- Experience in treasury management, cash management, or related financial roles
- Strong understanding of investment portfolios, liquidity strategies, and banking relationships
- Knowledge of Florida statutes, investment policies, and regulatory standards
- Proven ability to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd.
