Sr Accountant/Accounting Manager

We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on accounting and systems professional to support a critical NetSuite implementation and operational cleanup initiative ahead of a September 1 go-live.

This individual will act as a true utility player, bridging accounting operations, data integrity, and system optimization to ensure a smooth transition and scalable processes post-implementation. This is a hybrid contract role in the Sarasota, Fl area.

Operational CleanupAddress backlog across:

AR & collectionsAP processes and inefficienciesImprove data integrity and reporting reliability4. Process Improvement & SOP DevelopmentDocument and standardize workflows across accounting functionsCreate scalable SOPs to support post-go-live operationsIdentify automation opportunities (especially AP tools)5.
