Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and industry-specific regulations. Manage corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost accounting. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret financial statements like profit & loss statements and balance sheets, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in financial management or finance directorship roles with a strong background in accounting systems and financial software. Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and industry regulations related to governmental, non-profit, or corporate accounting. Demonstrated ability in risk analysis, regulatory reporting, treasury management, and compliance management. Skilled in data analytics tools such as Excel data analysis for financial modeling and reporting purposes. Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and guiding strategic planning initiatives. Excellent understanding of financial concepts including revenue management under ASC 606 standards, cost control, investment management, and cash flow analysis. Ability to develop comprehensive financial projection models and interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
