We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving the fiscal health of our organization. Your expertise will help shape our financial future and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support organizational goals. Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to project future performance and inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and industry-specific regulations. Manage corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost accounting. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret financial statements like profit & loss statements and balance sheets, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical proficiency, and strategic management. Requirements Proven experience in financial management or finance directorship roles with a strong background in accounting systems and financial software. Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and industry regulations related to governmental, non-profit, or corporate accounting. Demonstrated ability in risk analysis, regulatory reporting, treasury management, and compliance management. Skilled in data analytics tools such as Excel data analysis for financial modeling and reporting purposes. Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and guiding strategic planning initiatives. Excellent understanding of financial concepts including revenue management under ASC 606 standards, cost control, investment management, and cash flow analysis. Ability to develop comprehensive financial projection models and interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
