This is a broad, hands-on position for someone who combines strong financial skills with a practical approach to administration. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day financial processes, maintain accurate records, support management reporting, and ensure that the office operates efficiently. The position works closely with local management, colleagues across our global organization, and external service providers. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including payment allocation, customer account reconciliation, collections, and follow-up on overdue balances.
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice review, approval coordination, payment preparation, and supplier account reconciliation.
  • Perform bank, credit card, customer, supplier, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, upcoming payment obligations, customer receipts, and operating expenses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records within the company's accounting and ERP systems.
  • Prepare supporting schedules, reports, and financial information for local and global management.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, payroll providers, insurance providers, and tax advisors.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, sales tax requirements, and other local compliance matters.
  • Maintain appropriate financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
  • Oversee general office administration, facilities, service providers, supplies, equipment, and recurring agreements.
  • Maintain records relating to contracts, insurance policies, licenses, leases, registrations, and renewal requirements.
  • Support payroll administration, employee expenses, company credit cards, reimbursements, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with other operational requirements when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, administrative processes, cost management, and overall efficiency. Qualifications
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a combined finance and administration position.
  • Practical experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and internal financial controls.
  • Experience using accounting or ERP systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience within an international or multi-entity organization is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with external accountants, auditors, payroll providers, and other professional service providers is beneficial.
The Person We Are Looking For You are accurate, structured, and dependable. You are comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities and following matters through to completion. You can manage several priorities without losing attention to detail and are willing to investigate discrepancies rather than simply process transactions. You understand that strong financial administration supports the entire operation. You communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, employees, management, and external service providers. You are also comfortable working across departments, locations, and time zones. This position requires someone who is hands-on, service-minded, commercially aware, and willing to support both financial and general administrative requirements. What We Offer
  • A broad position with meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in the American operation.
  • The opportunity to work within an established international aviation organization.
  • Regular interaction with colleagues and management across our global business.
  • A position where accuracy, ownership, initiative, and practical problem-solving are valued.
  • The opportunity to improve processes and contribute to the continued development of the operation.
