Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Private Credit Associate to join our clients team. This individual will play an active role across the entire investment lifecycle, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management. Responsibilities Analyze and underwrite private credit investment opportunities. Build financial models and perform credit, cash flow, and downside risk analysis. Conduct industry, company, and management team due diligence. Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentations. Assist in structuring and executing debt investments. Monitor portfolio company performance and identify emerging risks. Participate in sponsor, management, and advisor meetings. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Banking. Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record. Demonstrated interest in private credit and alternative investments.
