High-impact role supporting a business unit representing a significant portion of company revenue Direct exposure to operational and financial leadership Opportunity to build processes and improve accounting operations Hands-on position with ownership over reporting and financial analysis Growth potential as the team and business continue to expand Competitive compensation and bonus opportunity Key Responsibilities As the Accounting Manager, you will: Lead revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606 Own the P&L and balance sheet for assigned business units Support month-end and year-end close processes Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Supervise and mentor accounting staff while supporting future team growth Qualifications Ideal candidates for this Accounting Manager role will have: 6–8+ years of accounting or finance experience Strong revenue recognition experience required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) Experience supporting sales-driven, operational, or manufacturing environments preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Why This Role?
