Responsibilities Engage with customers to explain financing options, including leasing and loan programs, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate terms Negotiate financing contracts, upselling additional products such as extended warranties or insurance packages to enhance customer value Process all loan paperwork accurately, adhering to TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and dealership policies Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate seamless deal closing and ensure customer satisfaction Manage title processing, lien perfection, and ensure all legal documentation is completed correctly Utilize financial software to track deals, generate reports, and maintain detailed records of transactions Requirements Proven experience in automotive finance, loan officer roles, or related financial services within a dealership setting Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service Knowledge of credit analysis, contract negotiations, and loan processing procedures Familiarity with TILA regulations and title processing requirements Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations (including 10-key typing) Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to customer engagement Dealership experience with automobile sales is highly preferred Join us as an Automotive Finance Manager and become a vital part of our commitment to delivering outstanding vehicle ownership experiences. $88,877.73 - $107,035.54 per year
