Oversee large volume payables and receivables using QuickBooks Desktop. Ensure accurate accounting practices across multiple locations.

Sales Tax Compliance:

Manage sales tax calculations and filings for various jurisdictions. Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance.

Human Resources:

Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration. Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding HR policies.

Staff Management:

Directly manage a small team of 2 employees. Provide training and support to enhance team performance.

Organizational Skills:

Implement systems to ensure efficient workflow and organization. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
