Overview A family owned and operated North Georgia Toyota dealership, well established for over 50 years is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Toyota Finance Manager to join our vehicle financing operations and deliver exceptional customer service. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of auto loan and lease processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and fostering strong relationships with customers. Your expertise will drive sales growth, enhance dealership profitability, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage the entire loan approval process, including credit analysis, TILA (Truth in Lending Act) compliance, and contract preparation to ensure accurate and timely financing solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, upselling additional products, and delivering personalized financial options. Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate seamless title processing, deal structuring, and loan processing for vehicle purchases. Conduct thorough credit evaluations, negotiate terms with customers, and explain financing options clearly to secure approvals while adhering to dealership policies. Utilize financial software and perform 10 key typing accurately to process applications efficiently. Ensure all contracts comply with federal and state regulations, including TILA disclosures, credit reporting standards, and legal requirements. Assist customers with understanding loan terms, payment plans, and credit implications to promote transparency and trust. Experience Proven experience in automotive finance management or as a loan officer within the financial services industry. Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM), upselling techniques, and deal negotiation. Familiarity with dealership operations, including title processing, contract writing, and credit analysis. Knowledge of financial software applications used for loan processing and credit reporting. Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under pressure. Prior experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills combined with a thorough understanding of legal compliance related to auto financing such as TILA regulations.
