This position comes with excellent pay, management, and benefits. Finance Managers arrange for various financing avenues and present customers with aftermarket products. As a Finance Manager, you will be proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability, making credit decisions and effectively closing deals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of F&I experience or 2 Years F&I experience with 2 years sales managers experience Well-versed in representing finance/lease options Available to work flexible hours and weekends (NO Sundays!) Fantastic communication (phone and in-person) skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Honda brand experience preferred but not required CDK experience preferred but not required Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (satisfactory background check and clear/insurable Motor Vehicle Report) Bilingual - Spanish Speaking We are an equal opportunity employer.
