Accounting Manager

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and help support and lead our business operations in the accounting department. As an Accounting Manager, you will process and generate financial data for all dealership departments, which together represent the accurate financial condition of the business office. The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and is responsible for the effective operation of the accounting office. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1-2

years of accounting experience within the automotive industry is required. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an Accounting Manager position, with recent applicable experience.
