If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for healthcare finance, this role is your next career milestone! Responsibilities Oversee revenue-assurance activities to ensure invoices are billed accurately, completely, and in accordance with approved customer pricing structures. Validate customer rates, fuel surcharges, incentives, accessorial charges, and contractual billing requirements. Quantify financial impact associated with billing errors, control gaps, and process inefficiencies. Develop actionable recommendations to improve billing accuracy and revenue capture. Issue Management & Process Improvement Maintain billing-issue logs, exception reports, corrective-action plans, and resolution tracking. Coordinate investigations involving invoice disputes, rate discrepancies, billing adjustments, and customer concerns. Partner with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to resolve recurring billing issues and strengthen billing controls. Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes, improve control effectiveness, and reduce manual intervention. Support implementation of pricing changes, billing enhancements, system improvements, and process standardization initiatives. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Develop and maintain billing-control, revenue-assurance, and exception-management reporting. Monitor key performance indicators including billing accuracy, adjustment rates, dispute rates, revenue leakage, and exception trends. Prepare analytical summaries, issue reports, and recommendations for Billing & Revenue Assurance leadership. Provide visibility into revenue risks, control effectiveness, and improvement opportunities. Governance & Compliance Maintain supporting documentation, control evidence, rate approval records, and audit requirements related to billing controls. Support internal reviews, management requests, and compliance-related activities associated with billing operations. Ensure adherence to established billing policies, approval requirements, and control standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. 4-6 years of experience in billing operations, revenue assurance, pricing, billing controls, finance operations, or business analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational and financial risks. Experience investigating process issues and implementing corrective actions.
