Assist in planning, directing, implementing, and monitoring the timely processing of Financial Aid in accordance with federal and/or state regulations and Company policy. Lead the training, development, and evaluation of staff to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently. Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policy, procedure, and legal requirements. FA Manager will also be responsible for the daily management of Financial Aid Advisors and staff. Work schedule will be determined by the Campus President to determine all campus needs requiring FA participation are covered. This may include evening and weekend events. Requirements Associate's Degree and at least 2 years' experience in Title IV Administration or 3 or more years' experience in Title IV Administration and management Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems Ability to manage a team of employees.
