Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accounting Manager (or above) to join our corporate accounting team. The successful candidate will support and oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple subsidiaries and contribute to the accurate and timely consolidated reporting of the company's financial activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes Prepare and review financial statements, consolidated reports, and management reports Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across subsidiaries Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP), tax regulations, and internal policies Coordinate with external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory agencies as needed Maintain organized financial records and improve internal accounting procedures Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as applicable Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience with ERP systems (preferred) Experience in construction, real estate, or investment management accounting is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Effective communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Discretionary Paid Time Off (DPTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan with 5% Company Matching Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance Life Insurance Additional details will be provided during the interview Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for consideration.
