As we continue to grow, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee the creation and management of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all company financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.Tax Planning:
Coordinate with external tax advisors for timely filing and ensure optimization of tax liabilities.Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and accurate invoicing to clients.Payroll:
Administer company payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.Internal Controls:
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.Financial Analysis:
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.Team Leadership:
Train and mentor accounting department staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.Process Improvements:
Recommend and implement improvements to current financial and accounting systems and processes. Liaise withExternal Parties:
Build and maintain relationships with service providers, including banking institutions and accountants.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA designation preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Experience in the construction or design-build industry is a plus. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:
