We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager with excellent time management skills to join our team. This role is crucial in helping our customers secure financing options that meet their needs, and we're seeking an organized professional who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance (F&I) aspects of vehicle sales. You'll work closely with the sales team and customers, providing expert guidance on financing options, warranties, and additional products. The ideal candidate is a people-focused individual who can process transactions smoothly, has great attention to detail, and excels in a high-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Review, structure, and present financing options to customers, securing approvals with lenders Accurately complete and submit all finance and insurance paperwork in a timely manner Present and explain additional products, warranties, and services to enhance the customer experience Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless transactions Maintain compliance with dealership policies, local, state, and federal regulations Ensure accurate records and documentation for audits Manage relationships with financial institutions to ensure the best financing options for customersQualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership or similar role Strong understanding of financing, insurance, and compliance regulations High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient with dealership software and financing tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Bachelor's degree in finance or business is a plusWhat We Offer:
