Automotive Sales and Finance Manager King Ford of Nashville | Nashville, Georgia Annual earning potential: $72,000 to $100,000+ Full-time | Base pay plus commission | Five-day workweek We Are Expanding Our Management Team King Ford of Nashville is expanding its management team by adding an Automotive Sales and Finance Manager. This additional position is part of our commitment to strengthen management coverage, support our existing leadership and sales team, improve the customer experience, and prepare the dealership for future growth. We are looking for an experienced automotive dealership professional who understands the business and is ready to advance into a management position. This is an entry-level management opportunity, but it is not an entry-level automotive position. You must have practical dealership experience and understand how vehicle transactions are structured, documented, contracted, and funded. Previous experience carrying a Sales Manager or F&I Manager title is preferred, but it is not required. We will consider a qualified salesperson, assistant manager, finance assistant, backup F&I producer, or other dealership professional who can demonstrate the required technical knowledge, sound judgment, and readiness to assume greater responsibility. What You Will Do This is a hands-on position combining sales-desk support, automotive finance, contracting, and deal follow-through.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Structuring and penciling retail vehicle transactions Assisting the sales team with deal development, closing, and customer follow-up Reviewing credit applications and submitting them to lenders Evaluating lender approvals, conditions, and required stipulations Presenting finance options and approved vehicle-protection products Completing accurate electronic contracts through RouteOne Reviewing deal documents and funding packages before submission Monitoring outstanding contracts and resolving funding delays Communicating with customers, lenders, salespeople, management, and the general office Identifying workable conventional and secondary finance opportunities Supporting dealership efforts to sell aging inventory Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical conduct throughout every transaction Systems We Use King Ford of Nashville currently uses: Dealertrack as its dealer management system RouteOne for lender submissions, F&I, and e-contracting Elead for CRM and desking Direct experience with these systems is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience using comparable automotive dealership platforms may also be considered, but they must understand the underlying dealership sales, finance, contracting, and funding processes. Required Experience and Abilities Qualified applicants must be able to demonstrate practical experience with: Automotive dealership sales or finance operations CRM activity and customer follow-up Desking or structuring vehicle transactions Credit applications and lender submissions Reading lender callbacks and approval conditions Collecting and reviewing lender stipulations E-contracting vehicle transactions Preparing complete and accurate funding packages Protecting confidential customer information Communicating professionally with customers and coworkers Working accurately in a deadline-driven environment A previous management title is not mandatory. Demonstrated dealership knowledge, technical ability, character, and readiness to lead will receive serious consideration. The Person We Are Looking For The right candidate: Takes ownership of every transaction Recognizes problems early and communicates them promptly Pays close attention to documents, numbers, equipment, and customer information Understands that a delivered vehicle is not a completed transaction until the contract is properly funded Treats customers, lenders, managers, and coworkers professionally Works effectively with the sales department and general office Accepts coaching and wants to grow into greater management responsibility Protects the customer and dealership by handling every transaction honestly and accurately Compensation This position offers: Base pay plus commission Annual earning potential of $72,000 to $100,000+ Opportunity to increase earnings through individual and dealership performance Actual earnings will depend on individual performance, dealership production, and the final compensation plan.
