Newnan, GA Compensation:
Hourly + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity We're looking for someone who believes details matter. Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners Newnan is searching for a Financial Administrator to join our operations team. You're accounting-minded. Exceptionally accurate. Organized. The one who catches what others miss. You'll support the financial side of the business through closings, earnest money, bank deposits, DAs, agent billing, journal entries and transactional accounting processes. We already have an accountant. We're looking for the person who takes enormous pride in making sure every detail is right. What You'll Do Support financial processes related to real estate transactions and closings Manage earnest money processes and records Process bank deposits Prepare and manage Disbursement Authorizations / DAs Handle agent billing and related financial administration Complete journal entries and transactional accounting tasks Maintain accurate financial records Assist with account reconciliations Identify discrepancies and help resolve them Follow established accounting and operational procedures Work closely with our accountant and operations team to keep financial information accurate and organized What We're Looking For Previous accounting, bookkeeping, financial administration or comparable experience Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Comfort working with numbers and transactional financial information Experience with journal entries and basic accounting processes Ability to identify discrepancies instead of simply processing what is in front of you Strong follow-through Ability to manage repetitive, detail-heavy work without sacrificing accuracy Professional discretion when handling confidential financial information Ability to consistently work in person from our Newnan office Why Join Us?
