Are you an experienced, high-energy Automotive F&I professional with a track record of driving revenue and maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction? Kia Country of Savannah is expanding, and we are looking for a sharp, ethical, and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients secure financing, presenting aftermarket menus, and ensuring all dealership transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Help customers secure financing by structuring deals accurately and submitting them to lenders. Present and sell finance and insurance products (e.g., extended warranties, GAP insurance, tire & wheel protection) using a consultative, menu-driven approach. Maintain an excellent relationship with a large network of prime and subprime lenders to secure competitive rates and high approval percentages. Oversee the preparation and accurate execution of all legal and financial paperwork related to vehicle sales. Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., Red Flags Rule, OFAC, Safeguards Rule). Collaborate closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless, efficient handoff and an outstanding customer experience. Meet and exceed dealership benchmarks for PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and product penetration.Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of [1-2+ years] of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (required). Will consider a candidate currently in a back- up role looking fora full time position.Track Record:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and PVR targets while maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) such as [Reynolds & Reynolds / Dealertrack / CDK] and menu selling software.Compliance Knowledge:
Strong understanding of automotive compliance, title laws, and financing processes.Professionalism:
High level of integrity, ethical standards, and impeccable organizational skills.Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check/drug screening.About Us:
