Job Responsibilities Lead revenue strategy and distribution for condominium and vacation rental portfolios to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory, and channel optimization based on market trends and performance analytics. Partner with operations and leadership to align commercial strategies with business goals. Manage OTA performance, ensuring optimized listings, rate parity, and brand compliance. Provide leadership and development for the Revenue Analyst while promoting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements Two years in hospitality industry; at least two years in a revenue related discipline preferred. Business or Hospitality-related degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including formulas), with working knowledge of PMS, CRS, and BI systems. Experience with hotel distribution channels, rate shopping tools, extranets, and competitive analytics. Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, forecasting, and revenue strategy. Able to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality work. Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied hours. Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis. Come Work Here! While base pay starts at $70,000- $74,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
