The Opportunity The Manager - Finance is responsible for supporting financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and preparing analysis and recommendations to enhance performance for the Operating Company. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while also managing a team of individual contributors. Ensure the accuracy of financial data, including performing or reviewing month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliationsTeam Leadership and Development:
Supervise and mentor staff, including writing performance appraisals, hiring, disciplining, and termination decisions with management approvalBudgeting and Forecasting Execution:
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit or international support budgets Data Consolidation adPresentation:
Consolidate and present financial data, including preparing information for quarterly board packagesOperational Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal personnel to support the business unit and serve as a prime contact for financial informationOperational Metrics Monitoring:
Understand and monitor key operating metrics, providing management with analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency, drive cost savings, and enhance performance.Strategic Recommendations:

Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel Physical Requirements:
