Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Robert Half is working with a growing small business in the construction-related industry to hire a Controller / Accounting Manager who will lead accounting operations and financial reporting. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Supervise, train, and manage accounting staff Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations Coordinate annual audits with external auditors Analyze data to support equipment buying, selling, utilization, and ROI decisions Provide financial input related to rental fleet performance

Qualifications:
