Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who is ready to lead a team, strengthen client relationships, improve processes, and play a key role in the continued growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor accounting professionals in day-to-day operations
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to staff
  • Help drive efficiency, accountability, and workflow management
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and firm initiatives
  • Support team development and long-term growth Client Accounting & Advisory
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for accounting and operational questions
  • Assist clients with financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting-related matters
  • Deliver a high level of client service and responsiveness
  • Provide insight and solutions beyond transactional accounting work Financial Review & Compliance
  • Review financial statements and accounting deliverables for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain quality control across engagements and deliverables Qualifications Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of related accounting experience
  • Public accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with accounting software including QuickBooks and related platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members preferred Benefits May Include
