Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who is ready to lead a team, strengthen client relationships, improve processes, and play a key role in the continued growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor accounting professionals in day-to-day operations
- Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to staff
- Help drive efficiency, accountability, and workflow management
- Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and firm initiatives
- Support team development and long-term growth Client Accounting & Advisory
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor for accounting and operational questions
- Assist clients with financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting-related matters
- Deliver a high level of client service and responsiveness
- Provide insight and solutions beyond transactional accounting work Financial Review & Compliance
- Review financial statements and accounting deliverables for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies
- Maintain quality control across engagements and deliverables Qualifications Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of related accounting experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with accounting software including QuickBooks and related platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience mentoring or leading team members preferred Benefits May Include
