Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. Manage budgeting processes, forecast development, and financial projection models to support strategic planning efforts. Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis. Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets. Ensure compliance with governmental regulations, industry standards, and regulatory reporting requirements across all financial activities. Supervise treasury management activities including investment oversight, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships. Lead a team of finance professionals in financial report writing, data analytics using advanced tools, and industry-specific financial analysis to inform decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience in finance leadership roles with a strong background in financial management, corporate finance, or public accounting. Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606, and industry-specific financial regulations. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment. Proficiency with financial software systems, Excel data analysis tools, and data analytics platforms. Strong understanding of governmental accounting practices and non-profit accounting is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and driving strategic initiatives. Exceptional communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and interpreting complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
