Duties Assist customers in selecting suitable financing options by explaining loan terms, interest rates, and payment plans clearly and transparently Process loan applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility and tailor financing solutions accordingly Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining dealership profitability Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance, and service plans to enhance customer value Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, title processing, and loan documentation using financial software systems Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and exceptional service Skills Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, or financial services with a focus on loan processing and credit analysis Strong customer relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty with clients Excellent negotiation abilities to close deals effectively while maximizing profit margins Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations and data entry (including 10-key typing) Knowledge of TILA regulations, contracts, title processing, and loan officer procedures to ensure compliance Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach Effective communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts clearly and professionally Join us as an Automotive Finance Manager where your expertise will accelerate our success!
