Job Description
Autos of Chicago - Arlington Heights, IL Autos of Chicago is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. We are one of the largest independent dealerships in Illinois, with over 500 vehicles in inventory and a strong monthly sales volume. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive finance, lender relations, product sales, compliance, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Secure financing approvals through banks, credit unions, and lending partners Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, theft protection, maintenance plans, and ancillary products Structure deals and submit applications through RouteOne and lender portals Ensure all contracts, funding packages, and compliance documents are completed accurately Maintain strong relationships with existing and new lenders Achieve monthly production and product penetration goals Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize deal profitability Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations Qualifications Minimum 2 years Automotive Finance Manager experience Strong knowledge of RouteOne and lender programs Experience with DealerTrack DMS preferred Proven ability to sell F&I products Strong closing and customer service skills Knowledge of compliance requirements and funding procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional appearance and communication skills What We Offer Competitive compensation package High-volume dealership with strong lead flow Large inventory and strong lender network Health insurance available Growth opportunities within the organization Professional and supportive management team Why Autos of Chicago?
