Build the Future of Healthcare Finance at New Summit! New Summit Health is growing and seeking a strategic executive leader who enjoys building systems, improving financial performance, and partnering with operations to drive measurable results. This highly visible leadership opportunity reports directly to executive leadership and will help shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and monthly operating reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics, and performance reporting. Drive revenue cycle optimization and reimbursement strategy. Partner with Business Office Managers to improve collections and financial performance. Lead strategic financial projects, process improvement, and operational initiatives. Support organizational growth across our Arlington Heights and Mundelein campuses
Ideal Candidate:
Healthcare finance or revenue cycle leadership experience. Strong management and project leadership skills. Ability to connect financial performance with operational excellence. Experience presenting executive-level financial reports. Passion for building scalable systems in a growing healthcare organization.
Requirements:
BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Healthcare Administration, or related field. 5+ years minimum in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, FP&A, or financial operations leadership. Multi-site SNF, post-acute, or hospital experience preferred. Advanced Excel, financial reporting, and dashboard development skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. From $190,000.00 per year
