Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager)

$140K- 150K Onsite
- Relocation Available Looking for more than just budgeting and forecasting?
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Manufacturing financial analysis, costing, and margin improvement
- Executive, board, and lender reporting
- Project estimation leadership and continuous improvement
- KPI development and business performance insights We're looking for:
- CPA required
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling and costing experience
- Ability to influence operational and commercial leaders
- Experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus Ideal for someone who wants broader business exposure, direct executive interaction, and an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing manufacturing company.
