Your role at Vantive The Associate Manager, Finance supports the Acute business by leading financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting in partnership with Commercial and Functional leaders. The Associate Manager, Finance drives AOP, forecasting, and insightdriven analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions, while continuously enhancing FP&A processes, analytics, and financial rigor. What You'll Be Doing Lead Acute Business financial planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecasts, and LongRange Planning (LRP), in close collaboration with Commercial and Functional leadership. Own financial planning, management reporting, and performance review processes for the Acute business, driving continuous improvement in scope, rigor, and transparency. Prepare and lead Monthly and Quarterly Results Reviews, including variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, and executivelevel reporting. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to evaluate revenue performance, pricing, volume, mix, and gross margin drivers. Provide valueadded insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business simulations to inform strategic and operational decisionmaking. Develop financial models to assess ROI, investment tradeoffs, and risks/opportunities for key commercial initiatives and programs. Drive improved data analytics and reporting capabilities for Acute business leadership, leveraging standardized tools and processes. Facilitate interpretation and understanding of financial results, identify trends and risks, and develop actionable recommendations. Own and drive finance initiatives aligned to the Acute business strategy, including enhancements to FP&A processes, tools, and governance. Act as a trusted business partner, combining financial expertise and business acumen to influence decisions and outcomes across the organization. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to operate independently under tight deadlines Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across crossfunctional teams Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience developing executivelevel materials Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., JD Edwards, Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx) preferred Strong analytical foundation, solid understanding of accounting principles, and strong business acumen Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence through complexity, and drive results in a dynamic environment High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $92,000 to $115, 000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
