Temporary Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable role ensures timely, accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation. Each transaction involves detailed review, triage, and application of payments received through credit card (via PayPal), wire transfers (via JP Morgan Chase), and paper checks. Key responsibilities include performing deposits within NUFinancials System, maintaining up-to-date participant records in CVENT registration system, and generating aging reports to monitor outstanding registrations and custom client invoices. The role demands daily oversight of multiple financial and registration systems and a high degree of accuracy to ensure funds are posted promptly and to the correct accounts.
