FINANCE MANAGER

Advantage Honda of Fox Lake Fox Lake, IL 60020 Opening June 2026 Advantage Dealer Group is excited to launch Advantage Honda of Fox Lake, a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, and we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-up store opening with strong support, high volume potential, and clear growth opportunities within our organization.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Finance Manager will be responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting F&I products, ensuring compliance, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection plans, etc.) Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability and compliance Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure legal compliance Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth deal flow Deliver a transparent, professional, and efficient customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required Strong knowledge of lenders, deal structuring, and compliance Proven track record of performance in F&I production Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organization
