This individual will serve as the business partner to the GCW General Manager and lead a team of FP&A analysts supporting various plant operations. This role will drive organizational impact by analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, driving cost-improvement initiatives, strengthening business partnerships, and delivering financial insights that enable strategic decision-making. This is a highly visible and challenging position that engages with stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of plant-facing FP&A analysts Serve as the primary business partner to the GCW General Manager Drive accountability and value-creating action through robust variance analysis, leveraging a deep understanding of the manufacturing process and business drivers Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly updates Drive process improvements that result in standardization, efficiencies, and effectiveness Develop business cases and financial support for capital appropriations and large-scale investments Develop analysis and presentations to support plant and/or executive leadership including proactive and insightful analysis and commentary on results
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 10+ years of experience in FP&A or other data/analysis intense fields preferred Experience developing and leading teams Well-developed financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream, Power BI, or Python is a plus Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and result driven action-oriented mindset Ability to collaborate and work independently in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings FPAC certification is a plus
