Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the financial performance of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. CDJR experience preferred, excellent funding abilities. Company vehicle provided. Duties Manage and oversee all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TILA regulations. Process loans efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Utilize basic math skills to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Collaborate with dealership staff to streamline title processing and enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Negotiate terms with vendors and clients to secure favorable deals for the organization. Implement effective financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Assist in training team members on financial processes and best practices. Skills Proficient in loan processing and title processing within the automotive or financial services industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management. Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks. Excellent negotiation skills to achieve beneficial outcomes for the organization. Solid understanding of basic math principles as they apply to finance. Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred but not mandatory.
