  • IT Finance Systems , you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and control of Reynolds Consumer Products financial systems and applications.
Responsibilities will include leading projects and supporting cross functional supporting programs. You Will Have the Opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Provide thought leadership on best practices / emerging technologies for Finance functions. Support, plan, execute and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources. Accountable for the design and support of
ORACLE EPM
Applications Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities within
ORACLE EPM
applications to improve forecasting, planning, reporting automation, data validation, and decision support while ensuring appropriate governance, security, and business adoption. Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required. Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget Recommend technology solutions with specialization in Financial Planning & Analysis and Consolidations, including the various technologies and analytical tools to support the finance organization Accountable for the design and governance of FP&A technology. Develop and deploy new processes and system configuration Manage relationships with stakeholders across the Finance organization Support business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Internal Audit and Cross Functional Finance integration. Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to RCP when partnering with software providers. Provide additional support on the Finance workstream for current SAP S/4 migration In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to address problems and ensure quality solutions ultimately influencing individuals within and outside the IT department and making a significant impact on our business. 00 /A Bonus Eligibility Role is eligible for 14% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
