In this pivotal role, you will drive the financial sales process, assist customers in securing optimal financing options, and ensure a seamless loan experience. Responsibilities Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate financing solutions Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals that meet both parties' needs Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Process loan applications accurately using financial software, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Manage title processing, contract preparation, and documentation to facilitate smooth deal closing Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey and post-sale follow-up Requirements Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Automotive Finance Manager within a dealership or financial services environment Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing procedures, and relevant regulations such as TILA Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency Proficiency in financial software systems and basic math skills for accurate calculations and data entry (including 10-key typing) Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers through outstanding customer service skills Dealership experience with familiarity in automobile sales processes and title processing procedures Ability to analyze credit reports quickly and accurately to determine loan eligibility Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract management and documentation Join us as an Automotive Finance Manager where your expertise will empower customers to achieve their vehicle ownership goals while driving dealership success!
