GENERAL PURPOSE
The Investment Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned client portfolios within the AWTM and QRP channels, with a focus on delivering consistent investment performance, excellent client service, and strong client retention. The Investment Officer supports the firm's growth by deepening existing client relationships, cultivating referrals, and participating in business development and cross-selling efforts alongside AWTM and QRP colleagues. The role also carries key investment operations and compliance responsibilities, including investment reviews, regulatory filings, Investment Committee participation, and trade execution, all performed to the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports presently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Manage existing client assets. Meet with clients no less than annually to confirm investment objectives. Achieve consistent performance to satisfy clients' needs. Grow current assets under management. Retain current client base and deepen existing client relationships. 2. Support business development. Contribute to new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and relationship building. Identify prospective clients through existing relationships, referrals, and industry events. Track prospect contacts and follow-up activities consistently. Participate in introductory meetings with prospects to understand their investment needs and present appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations to

clients and prospects, including speaking in group presentations with AWTM or QRP personnel to cross-sell investment services. 3. Compliance reporting. Complete or review all investment reviews for assigned accounts accurately and in a timely manner. Complete filing 13-F report quarterly and NPX annual filing. Complete Investment Policy Statements for all managed accounts and update as necessary. Compile internal trade restriction list and route to employees quarterly. Prepare or review Public ESOP Company Review weekly and distribute to group internally. Completion of Broker Due Diligence Annually Maintain Buy/Hold List 4. Participates on the Investment Committee. Participate in various other Company committees as requested/needed. Offer insight on market performance based on research and experience. 5. Execute trades with brokers and dealers. Perform trades accurately and timely, resulting in zero dollars lost due to trading errors. 6. Work collaboratively with investment and trust operations staff to ensure accurate and timely account administration.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in portfolio management or investment analysis, including direct responsibility for building and managing client portfolios on a discretionary basis. Experience working under a fiduciary standard preferred; familiarity with qualified retirement plans or ESOPs a plus.
RELEVANT BACKGROUNDS
Candidates may come from a range of settings, including bank trust departments, trust companies, asset management firms, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and regional or national wealth management firms. Demonstrated experience making investment decisions for client portfolios, a working understanding of fiduciary responsibility, the ability to build new business channels and retain client relationships are key qualifications.
SKILLS/ ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of job-required systems and programs. Able to multi-task. Able to communicate clearly and consistently, both verbal and written. Able to work independently and manage assigned accounts with minimal supervision. Familiar with trust accounting systems (Fitek Global Wealth), and Bloomberg as well as Microsoft Office/Outlook
