Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process; Work with cross-functional teams to build the foundational financial modeling for the Company Work with Company leaders to develop financial forecast/budgets that will guide decision making and serve as a benchmark on financial performance Perform financial scenario analysis to support senior management's strategic decision-making Analyze actual against budget/ forecast and prior year, to serve as management's advisor on financial matters Support decision making by providing management with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance Work with C and VP Level Executives to understand Macro Economic and Industry factors that impact Company financial performance; Partner with leaders to develop revenue and profitability forecasts Research and analyze financial reports of competitors, and market trends to provide insightful information to aid in company's long-term and short-term decision making Perform ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years' financial analysis and modeling experience Big 4 and manufacturing industry experience are strongly desired Prefer bilingual both Chinese and English Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports Must possess a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in workload and job requirements Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
