About the Role Accounting plays a vital role in our organization's success. We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support a variety of accounting functions while helping our operating divisions achieve their financial and operational goals. Responsibilities Assist with oversight of the accounting department and support daily accounting operations Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections activities Oversee weekly payroll processing for field employees Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Support job cost analysis and construction-related financial reporting Manage fixed asset records and corporate insurance administration Keys Accounting degree is a requirement. Finance degree he is open to. Culture fit and personality is very important. Need to have at least been a staff accountant previously No job hoppers Construction industry experience is a plus, not a must.
