Job Description This position reports to the Finance Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVies LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD) . This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Responsibilities Support the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling Compile a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership Ensure LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting Support LRP, Plan, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool Ad-hoc analysis as required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state orlocal law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.

Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographiclocation,andwemay ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in thefuture. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentiveprograms.
