Job Description This position reports to the Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVies Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Leadership Team (ELT) packages, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Metrics, and Entity Plan. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership through the CFO. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of the quarterly earnings package used by AbbVie Executives / Investor Relations during earnings calls Assist with producing key analytics for BOD, ELT, Leadership Forum & other management packages Collaborate with Investor Relations to produce analytics that inform LBEs, Quarterly Flash, LRP, Plan and BOD package publications Support Associate Director, Entity Planning with entity forecast consolidation and modeling for Plan / LBE / LRP, including Intercompany Reconciliations, Deferred Margin analysis and Performance vs Entity reconciliation Compile a comprehensive monthly Executive Goal Grading Reporting Package Liaison with Procurement to compile a quarterly Consulting spend analysis Support Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis in driving high visibility special project(s) Assignment Manager for the
FDP CFP&A
rotation Ad-hoc analysis (e.g. P&L profiles, Growth Metrics, R D Analytics, peer comparison) as required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, required. CPA or MBA a plus. Minimum 7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
Superior communication skills:
ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner. Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities. Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, required. Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, andwemayultimatelypaymore or less than the posted range.
