- Lead and develop a team, delivering accurate and timely US GAAP financials
- Oversee US accounting operations and collaborate with global teams (Brazil, UK, Poland, India)
- Own audit cycles as an Accounting Manager, partnering closely with external auditors (EY)
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls
- Present financial performance and insights directly to executive leadership
- Continuously enhance financial reporting, close processes, and controls ________________________________________ What You Bring to the Accounting Manager Role
- CPA required with 5+ years of public accounting or corporate experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Strong US GAAP expertise and financial reporting experience
