How you'll make an impact This position is responsible for managing agency and financial systems including Epic, Concur, JDE, etc. and related reporting tools. Key responsibilities include managing all testing, integration, conversion, support and reporting of financial systems. This role will also serve as key liaison to Applied Systems and other vendors for all finance and accounting aspects including product design, reporting and production support. Other essential functions include managing all system processes including production support for accounting issues and follow-up/tracking with Applied Systems, gathering/documenting reporting requirements based upon agency management system data and related systems, and proactively lead and coordinate tasks for conversions with the merger and acquisition integration team. Manages staff, providing direction, setting goals, and ensuring that overall department goals are attained. #
APIntegration About You Required:
Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance); Minimum of 8 years general accounting experience and/or minimum 6 years of insurance brokerage accounting experience required. Strong accounting process knowledge and understanding of G.A.A.P. Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills including advanced formula usage.
Preferred:
Minimum 6 years supervisory experience preferred. Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skills.
